Q: What happens if I want to cancel the tour?

We are making effort in order to provide the best possible experience for you and we have lots of administrative and logistic expenses. Accordingly we have cancellation policy: - No cancellation fee applies for cancellation made 6 or more days in advance - A cancellation fee of 50% applies for cancellation made less than 6 days in advance - No refund will be provided for cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance or in case of no-show

Q: Do the tours still run in case of bad weather?

There is popular Irish wisdom „ There is no bad weather , just the bad clothes“ and we stick to that. We'll run the tours no matter if it rains, shines or snows ( unfortunately it rarely happens in Dubrovnik). Please check the weather forecast and if necessary bring waterproof shoes, raincoat or umbrella . In case that we have strong storm we might reschedule or cancel the tour.

Q: Can I bring kids with me?

Yes, we are kids friendly activity. Over a decade we had so many young „foodies“ with us. The only condition is that they like food and they are not picky eaters.

Q: Can everybody join the tour? What is the pace?

Old City of Dubrovnik is known for its steps ( some will say more than 5000)but we walk little bit and than we have a break for eating and drinking. Our guides always try to follow everyone's walking pace. If you have any restrictions or disabilities please let us know in advance and we can adjust itinerary.

Q: Do you offer tours in other languages except English?

Our regular tours are operated in English but for the private group we can organize tour in other languages such as Italian, German, French, Spanish.

Q: Can I do private tour?

Yes of course, we'll be glad to organize private tour for your family, friends or company. Send us enquiry info@dubrovnikfoodstory.com and we'll make customized offer just for you.

Q: What about the special food diets?

We try to accommodate most of the food diets ( for e.g. vegetarians, diabetic, pescaterians, gluten-free, lactose-free etc.) so please send us those details in advance to be able to adjust menu for you.

Q: How long does the tour last?

Dubrovnik on plate – 3-3,5 hours Dubrovnik Dusk Delights – 2-2,5 hours Pick.Cook.Eat – 5-6 hours Hop on Hiccup – 8-9 hours

Q: Is there enough food and drink?

Don't worry, you won't leave either of our tours hungry. Croatians are known as those who like to feed the people. Our main goal is that you skip eating dinner afterwards.
